Mona was born and raised in Palm Springs, California, where her mother excelled as a R.E. Broker for 20 years and her father worked for CBS News.  After finishing school she lived and worked in Europe professionally singing and modeling. About 10 years later she returned to the desert and opened Vegetarian Restaurants, before they were cool!  With an eye for detail, she designed her restaurants from interior to delicious fare, they drew a large celebrity clientele. The restaurants thrived!  Snowbirds from across the nation came in droves. Many from Washington State.  Visiting client friends in Seattle was all it took.  This beautiful city had so much to offer. I went back to my real estate roots, and here I am! 17 years later, same eye for detail!

David has over twenty-seven years of sales and business management experience. With twenty plus years being in the mortgage industry as well as business management within the real estate industry.

David has spent time on various boards with regards to businesses and athletic organizations. David helped fund a non-profit organization called Hopeletics in 2023 to help under privileged youth and girls youth athletics while helping feed families during the holidays.

He has spent the past five years working on the efforts to provide an answer to the madness in the real estate industry today which has been answered by the EZ Platform.

David is married with seven children and ten grandchildren and currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Jeff Tetzlaff is a servant-based sales leader now enjoying +35 years successfully delivering Sales & Engineering SLAs across B2B heavy Industries, with 20 years directly managing nationally distributed B2B Sales teams, engineering project teams, and on- site technology solution deployments. Specialist building data-driven repeatable sales methods and strategies that deliver customer value and grow revenue. Jeff has enjoyed ultra-wide sales experience across many industry use cases confirming sales, revenue, and profit growth rely on sound programmatic approaches to sales methodology and sales operational excellence…if you desire consistent success.

Jeff grew up in an active Midwest sports-minded family with a keen interest in science and math. The desire and enjoyment learned within sports competition, coupled with wide engineering and digital technology learned in college, made B2B sales “My” career choice long before graduating from college at the University of MN-Twin Cities. However, my enjoyment from many years in competitive B2B sales would not exist for me today had I not adhered to a long since forgotten guru’s advice; “Never sacrifice a relationship for a deal”. Why? When the ups, downs, wins, loses, unexpected situations & circumstances are lost to memory, the enjoyment and satisfaction from solving real world problems with the relationships/people you teamed with never dissipates. It is because of “relationship first focus” I can say I learned more from customers, partners, colleagues in my career than I could teach in a thousand years. I approach my clients with this in mind.

Jeff’s personal business interests include 3D technologies. Having 15 years of sales & sales management within the 3D technical space; “I’m always on the lookout for situations where I can help Transform “product-price-transaction” revenue into “solution-value-recurring revenue” value creation that sustains time.” A 30-year disciple and practitioner of counselor sales methods, I estimate I have provided my customers 10-times more financial payback than I could earn in my career.

Jeff is the Founder of KPSV llc, a fractional sales & business management consulting firm that helps small businesses overcome sales growth challenges. Jeff and his Wife Dianne reside in Federal Way, WA.

After working in the medical field for over 3 decades it was time for a change. It truly was God’s timing for me to move on and work with a new people group. I teamed up with EZ Real Estate Offer in 2019 as the National Accounts Manager. It was here I had my crash course in Real Estate and when my nest emptied out I took the plunge to get my Real Estate license. I have enjoyed and will continue to serve in my current role while expanding to help buyers and sellers in the south King/north Pierce Counties buy and sell homes.

When I am not working the real estate side of my life you can find me working at church where I lead Sunday School and small group Bible studies digging into the Word of God. Other than those two passions, my husband and I are the parents of two grown boys. One is currently working for Fed Ex keeping the semi’s fit for the road and is the father of my first grandchild. The other is proudly serving our country as a United States Marine.
